Decades of Discovery Summarized in New MSM Review

The March 2017 issue of Nutrients featured an in depth review of MSM. The review was the largest in a long time, and included 195 references.

DOMS? OptiMSM Can Help

Joint soreness and immobility can be incredibly frustrating as it reduces energy and the ability to carry out daily activities. Overtime, wear and tear on joints, tendons, and connective tissue can accumulate causing more pain, stiffness, and decreased range of motion.

OptiMSM® has been shown through research studies to support joint and connective tissue health. Runners participating in a half marathon experienced less joint and muscle pain while taking MSM supplementation after the race was finished, when compared to the placebo group.   Read more

This chemical reaction forms an MSM that is identical to the molecule found in nature.

Variances with commercially available MSM are found in the quality of the raw material, purification process, testing, product form, consistency, and country of origin.   Read more
